My name is Eric J. Wiggins and I am currently a Sophomore at North Central High School. I have been given the opportunity to travel to Europe this summer on a trip called "The Tale of Two Cities." While I am excited about this trip, it is a little overwhelming to have to raise the funds to go. Would you consider helping me with an investment in my education and my future? I am reaching out to friends, family members, mentors and supporters to ask if you would consider a donation , along with your ongoing prayers for my first international trip & all that the future holds. My fundraising deadline is February 14, 2015.
I have dreams of international travel through the study of law and politics, and even professional sports. In my honors English Class we have studied Charles Dickens, and this trip promises to bring the book to life. I look forward to making connections from our in school study and creating life long memories, too. I have always LOVED to travel and I can't wait to see the world open up in new ways. I am a big brother, servant leader, athlete, and scholar. With your help, I can also become a world traveler.
The cost of the trip is $5,000. I have been working to earn money, plan fundraisers and continue to balance my academic, sports, service and extra curricular activities with the help of my parents. All donations are welcomed as I pursue the goal of approximately 65 donations of $50. Thank you for your encouragement, support, prayers and love for my deadline of 2/14/15 and beyond.
