Rare Genetic Diseases Suck

So my husband and 2 of my 3 daughters have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. It's a rare genetic disease that affects the production of collagen causing loose joints, fragile skin and easy bruising along with other complications. It's a horrible condition that leads to body wide joint pain. My husband uses arm crutches or a wheel chair to get around and our youngest daughter wears multiple braces and has her own wheel chair being made. I have to take the girls to occupational therapy every week that's 30 miles away and the only physical therapists that will see them are a 116 mile round trip every other week. That's not including pediatrician appointments, orthopedic appointments, ER visits, and genetics appointments. Most of these are 58 miles from where I live. We're shaving by the skin of our teeth most months as my husband uses medical marijuana for his pain and we're only getting about $1600 a month from SSI. It sucks. So here's what I'm trying to get a little extra money for. A nice mattress for my husband to help him sleep better with his joint pain A couple pairs of work boot style shoes to help support my daughters ankles Some clothes for my kids And anything extra goes into my gas tank.
