Funeral expenses for ED Dwyer

UPDATE: This campaign is being managed by Matthew Miller, one of the pastors of the churches associated with Pelion Area Ministries. Matt will be withdrawing the funds from GoFundMe into the BB&T account that was setup specifically for this purpose. A check for the full amount will then be given to Leevy Funeral Home for the costs of burial and services. ED's family has more to bear than any family should face. Funeral expenses are always difficult, but sometimes impossible. There's little that we can do at a time like this except to express our love. This is a clear, tangible way for our community to express love to the Dwyer family. We cannot carry their sorrow, but we can carry this particular burden for the family. Pelion Area Ministries is the cooperative efforts of churches in the Pelion area. Pelion Area Ministries is coordinating with Pelion High School administration in order to provide a single point of contact for this particular effort. These funds are for the express purpose of covering costs associated with funeral and burial. These funds will be received by Pelion Area Ministries and then distributed to the appropriate service provider.  Deposits can also be made directly at the Pelion branch BB&T, made payable to Pelion Area Ministries notated as Dwyer Funeral. When we see pain and suffering, let us offer love and grace. Grace upon grace.
