Medical Expenses For Dustin Ford

As most of you know Dustin Ford and his wife Lindsey and his daughter Ashlin. They are an amazing family and really good friends of mine. Dustin is having Cochlear implant surgery in Dallas, TX, on his left ear for having total loss of hearing in that ear. And will eventually do the other ear later on.
This is his story:
"He was in a wreck when he was 8 that broke his neck and spent a lot of time in the hospital.
He has been through many surgeries and has battled hearing loss for the last 9 years, in which he was told it was nerve damage and is legally deaf.
He has no use of his left ear and his right ear has about 35% hearing remaining.
His hearing loss has impacted his social life, the ability to work in certain environments, and family events."
Having this surgery will allow him to do things he hasn't been able to do. But most importantly, be able to hear his daughter and wife more clear.
Any donation is appreciated, to go towards helping with the expenses of the surgery and hotel stays.
