Tyrone's Doctoral Pursuit

Hello,

As some of you may already know, I recently received notification that I was accepted into the Doctor of Ministry program at Duke University and my cohort begins this fall. It has long been my dream to pursue a doctoral degree at Duke University, one of the most prestigious universities in the south. Unfortunately, this particular doctoral program is not fully funded. So now I find myself faced with an outstanding opportunity to continue my education at an incredible institution, but without a considerable amount of financial assistance it is just not going to be possible.

I believe the Lord is calling me to help shape the minds of future Christian leaders through sound teaching and administration. I also believe the Lord has given me a heart for publishing literary works that will reach those in the church as well as those in the academy. I am hopeful that you will prayerfully consider partnering with me in this education endeavor. Any amount you donate would be beneficial and bring me that much closer to realizing my dream of completing a doctoral degree from Duke University.
