The legacy of taiko is 10 years in the making and looking forward to many more! Experience the fabulous rhythms of Japan with us!
It's the 10th Anniversary of Dublin Taiko Group! 10 years ago when Mrs. Susann Blair Barrett was invited to learn Taiko from Master Eitetsu Hayashi during a 1 year residency, little did she know it would turn into a 10 year (and counting) adventure of music, laughter and unending friendships.
We are privileged enough to be able to feature Eitetsu Hayashi and the Fuun No Kai group in our anniversary concert!!! However, in order to do so there are those niggling little fees (such as visa, travel and venue fees) that we have to account for. The overall costs will be about $10,000 to produce the show and we are looking for help in coming up with 1/2 of that (or more if everyone is feeling generous).
Our students work hard to provide a fun and engaging concert--so please help us out in making this the best one yet! Take a look at our fabulous reward options and we look forward to seeing you in October!
