LA Dream Center Mission's Trip ! !
WE ARE SO EXCITED!!! We just can't hide it!!!
Our journey through life prepares us, for the journey God has paved for our future. All of the trials we go through can and will be training to embrace a journey filled with Love, Mercy, and Grace!
Our FAMILY has an incredible passion for children and missions. Through all of the "NEW" in 2014, WE were blessed to become a part of something BIGGER than OURSELVES and come alongside some amazing leaders that have allowed us to see God through a filter of the cross! WE don't go to a place anymore serving with others. WE come from a place that WE ARE blessed to serve others and to come alongside others outside the walls of our church! WE don't HOPE to be who God has created US to be anymore! WE ARE who God has created US to be and WE ARE blessed to share that HOPE with others!
Our family, along with a few others have been called to do this at our local Dream Center through After School Programs, Adopt A Block, and Grace Family Church Ybor.
The Dream Center After School Programs allow us to really get to know the children and love them right where they are at! No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care:) This is where we build relationships with them, mentor them, and hear their hearts!We want them to know that children are made to be heard, NOT just seen!
This Mission's trip will allow us to see where it ALL started! The history behind this Dream Center in LA is astounding! A man from Texas was called to open a DC in LA! He fought with God and took a leap of faith! Through His LOVE and faithfulness to serve our daddy with as little faith as small as a mustard seed, it was the beginning of a journey for our family!!
Grace Family Church Ybor has allowed us to speak life into a community through the children that attend the Dream Center! It has opened the doors and has allowed us to reach out to the entire community with open arms! We want them to know that Jesus loves us ALL!!No one person is any better than another! We are ALL beautifully and wonderfully created in HIs image:)
The heart of Adopt A Block Outreach is to go out into the community and show them through us how AMAZING our King is. We love people through food, clean up, children’s activities, street evangelism and so much more. This will help prepare OUR family for the second thing God has placed on my heart since 3rd grade.
A mission's trip! Sharing the gospel humbly, boldly, and passionately for our DADDY. This is something God placed on my heart since the 3rd grade and now, not only has the time come, but I have the opportunity to share this with my two beautiful daughters that have a HUGE passion for missions as well!! We want God to break our heart for what breaks His and allow Him to use us to just love and celebrate others. OUR hearts desire every day is to bring that same love WE feel from our daddy to our community and joy everywhere God takes us!
