Help A Golden Heart.

Hello, my name is Fernando Rodriguez and I need your help. My sister Is in dire need of anyone and everyone's help. She has an aneurysm in the wall of her aorta, and will soon need to have a surgery done. Background - My father died of what is called "aortic dissection" this is when the walls of the aorta expand, being filled with blood, to a point where it burst and it is almost always fatal. He had a surgery prior, that prolonged his life enough for me to have a few memories with him. But sadly on Nov 11 2004 he passed at a hospital in LA. A week before my 7th birthday. I never really got to know my dad and now I learn about his triumphs and successes through the stories and memories he left the people around him. My sister has 3 children and I do not want the same fate to befall them. I want them to know their mother and all her achievements and I want her to see her children get old, go to school, fall in love and just live. Heres a little bit about my sister - My sister has 3 children, twin girls and a baby boy. She loves helping anyone she can. She has influenced so many people. There's so much more about her that is just too much to list, she's been the rock in our family for as long as I can remember. When my father died she took care of me and my mother and she always gave even when she had nothing to give. What I need your help with- My sister needs to get a surgery soon. She has been very down lately thinking about how she has to pay for this, she doesn't qualify for certain insurances due to the unstable condition of the health insurance In this country so she would be forced to pay out of pocket. I would like to raise as much as possible to help her. I have heard surgeries such as this range from 300k or more so the goal will most likely be around that. And if things don't go as planned, which I pray they do go right, the money will be put in a savings account and be given to her children when they are ready to go to college or in an emergency. She has been told that the diameter of the aneurysm has to be 5mm to be treated. When she was checked it was at 4.5 she is going back to get checked in October around her birthday. There can be bad news and good news. She could have either gotten better or gotten worse. And the way she is constantly stressed I fear it may not be good news. Although if she is better any money raised will go to a life insurance, or to a savings. But it will never the less be used to better her life and the life of her children to prolong her life. Please share with anyone and everyone you can. My sister has so many friends and so many people that care about her but she would never want to ask for help. So that's why I'm asking you for help. We need all the help we can get for my sister, for her children, and for everyone that depends on her.
Tl;Dr. My sister has to have a surgery on her aorta, the same problem our father died of when I was 6, she is the kindest, giving, human there ever was. Her 3 toddlers shouldn't have to live their lives without their mother, she needs help paying for said surgery. Please help, share.
