For our wonderful Dr Robinson

Dr. Ann Robinson, a NHS GP based in Withnell, Chorley, Lancashire has been fighting a legal battle to save the GP practice she manages from a takeover by a private company. This legal challenge has cost her £35,000 of her own savings.

All she wanted to achieve is to give her 5500 patients the chance to have their voices heard by the Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (LSCICB) .

It should not cost Dr.Robinson £35,000 of her own money just to simply continue doing the job taking care of her 5500 patients and to ensure that her staff can continue to take care of us also.

The financial cost to her personally only became public knowledge after she spoke to a journalist in The i Newspaper and since then people have asked if there was a way to raise money to get her some of her savings back, so here is our fundraiser.

Any money raised will be given as a gift to Dr Robinson.

She is a wonderful, dedicated NHS GP who has gone above and beyond the call of duty by funding this fight.
