As you all may know, the past year has been an exhausting and difficult time for us all, as bushfires have roared through our country and destroyed everything that is in its unfortunate path. Many have suffered, and sadly, at least 34 people have died. This is an urgent matter no one has addressed, thinking some one else will. Yet people are doing nothing. They are sitting at home thinking only about themselves. Don’t you feel guilty that you are not helping the situation? Wont you feel guilty that you haven’t stood up for our beautiful country with fair land? Don’t you feel afraid that one day the fire will come and engulf you? If it does happen, imagine what you could have done to prevent it. You could have donated at least your spare change and this might not have happened. These thoughts will be flashing through your mind as you slowly die in the burning embers that so many people have died in before you. The total number of people in Australia (and only Australia, mind you) that have died in a bushfire from 2010 to 2020 is 65. That is 65 too many. So let’s prevent any more deaths by donating some money to the three F’s!
