<div><strong>Did we know why ?</strong>   <strong>YES - for the love of it all</strong> - The wild, rewarding and substantial experience of this wonderful space that has allowed us the privilege to collaborate and witness the making of art, exhibiting art and mostly the sharing the love of art guided by quality and generosity.

<div>I am eternally indebted to my late husband, <strong>Igor Jocic</strong> for his unwavering support, love and genius designs that form the foundation of our identity and the core of my strength.

<div>This next phase in our journey is thrilling and a testament to both of us trusting that to provide this space and time would define us and itself. To abandon the commercial and focus on the quality and needs of artists has proven to be the best compass, but the cost of running the space still need to be met -
