Divine Intervention

Our mother, Charlena Jones, Age 51 Passed away on Thursday 10/10/13 of Heart Failure in Franklin hospital. Leaving Seven of us behind to bury her and go forward caring for ourselves and our young children. We range in age from 26 to 1. Our mother was our rock and sole provider. But as she grew sicker throughout the year, our finances depleted, causing her to close several accounts ; including life insurance. Due to the financial burden we were unable to come up with the finance to move to a new home. On the day of her death we had an eviction notice, which is still in effect. We would like to keep our family together because thats what she would have wanted. Our dad( her ex-husband) was also very sick and can help us but so much.


It all began when we learned that she had Problems with her breathing . Later on we found out it was because of heart failure. She didn't get a chance to be put on the waiting list for a new heart. As she was passing we found out she had kidney failure which completely gave out the day she passed. Mommy tried to be strong and give us that sense of normalcy, but as she got weaker, it became more of a challenge. I am devastated by this misfortune. The hardest thing I've done so far is helplessly watch my mom pass on. It has been more difficult knowing we cant give her a proper send off and respect her wishes to be buried.

Our mom Charlena was our everything and life without her will never be the same. We will cherish her memories and share her legacy with her six adorable grandchildren-- my nieces and nephews.
