
Dive in for mental health: A dip a day for Mind Cornwall
As students, we want to get involved with more fundraising! Joining us for a dip a day throughout February will help to contribute to our chosen charity (Mind) and raise awareness about the benefits that cold water swimming can have on your mental health. With your help, we believe we can reach our donation goal of £200 or more and be able to grant support to such an amazing charity, allowing them to continue supporting struggling individuals all across the UK!
