Disabled homeless cold wet sick no meds or food

Was supposed to move to Hawaii with Mom and Dad care taking father 100 mentally disabled PTSD and dementia mom's got fiber and I got rheumatoid I am a musician I can no longer play and have been I denied disabiltyd 8 times the last thirteen years mom is in AZ now dad would rather do drugs  so I left I'm homeless because I want to change pls help need to get back to AZ I'm on coast it's hailing mush every day I have one pair close no food or friends please pray for me and my family. I'm starving and alone .
