Mr Magdey Salem is totally disabled with no income or insurance. He returned home from hospital with a disturbing balance due and has no help and no way to pay it.
He has had to sell his vehicle in order to pay rent, he does not know where his rental and living expenses will come from month to month. Soon rent is due again he has nothing left to sell.
