Dilan is a 10 year old boy who was born normal but at the age of 5 was tragically diagnosed with influenza that caused him encephalitis. He was then put in a medically induced coma for 8 months. Dilan now has brain damage, developmental delay and is a special needs child - cortical blindness and constant seizures he also doesn't speak and doesn't comprehend commands. He takes many medications on a daily basis as well as going to different therapies. The doctors say that he has demonstrated gratifying improvements with his current therapies and has a chance of a full recovery with the right treatments !! Please help us through this journey of getting our boy back!
