Please help me get Dialysis Treatment Abroad

A Being Greater Than I, who already knew what my future would be, led me rightly so to what would become 2 of my greatest passions; Music and Travel. Thus began my journey around the world as a manager, booking agent to some wonderful artists who create incredible music.
15+ years later, 4 kidneys and 2 transplants later, I find myself back on life-saving dialysis.
Being a very private and proud person I struggle writing this.
Do I stay silent for fear of being treated differently once I make this public? Or do I push through and continue to pursue my dream of being a successful agent in the music industry?
Well here I am.
So, my dear Womexicans/Visa For Music/Seoul Music Week goers... Presenters, Family and friends I need your help to get me there.
In Europe the cost per treatment is 450 euros x 4/6, South Korea next month $650 +/- , each and I will need a minimum of 4 and up to 6
In Morocco I lucky to find at $250 × 4, I will also need 4 sessions.
Any additional funds will be to bring the meds /kits that they won't provide that I have to bring myself.
I pray that you are able to help so that I can continue doing what I love and what keeps me smiling.
