Desmond "Des" Geller is 4 years old, loves transformers and super heroes and just found out he has acute myeloid leukemia (AML - A type of cancer that occurs in the cells throughout the body and in the bone marrow.)
Des had a regular fever that kids get from time to time so his doc ordered a blood test, just to check things out. Within 48 hours Des was admitted to Rady's Children's Hospital, his mom and dad, Nick and Michelle, moved into the Ronald McDonald house across the street and their family was told that 4 yr old Des would need 6 months of in-patient chemotherapy. Go ahead, take a moment to catch your breath, hug your loved ones and count your blessings!
OK, NOW WE NEED YOUR HELP! Des doesn't want his parents to worry about anything but him right now. Gotta love 4 year olds! So he'd like to ask you to help him and his parents by donating to his fund to relieve the financial burden.
