Tony Chavez, a retired deputy, LASD Class #259, has fallen on extremely hard times. His apartment was ravaged by a fire on May 5, 2021 and his family was only able to escape with the clothes on their backs.

He is temporarily living in a hotel, provided by the Red Cross. With his pension being the family’s sole source of income, they are desperately in need of financial assistance. On behalf of his LASD brothers and sisters, Cops 4 Causes is helping to raise funds for our brother. 100% of the fund donation will be donated to Chavez family. Please join us to support our brother and his family by making a donation and sharing our campaign via Facebook. More information about Cops 4 Causes: Cops 4 Causes is the first law enforcement, non-profit organization to be created to collectively highlight the philanthropic efforts of law enforcement. Our organization is comprised of all levels of peace officers, public safety officials, and friends and family of law enforcement who seek to raise funds and awareness to give back to our communities, support our military troops & veterans, and aid families of law enforcement officers killed or gravely disabled in the line of duty.
