Decklin’s Heart Journey

Decklin James Dunmark was born yesterday (August 20, 2018) and Sammy and Jesse’s family of 4 became a beautiful family of 5. All of the happiness they felt was quickly stripped when they got the news that baby Decklin has Transposition of the Great Arteries (TGA). Anyone who doesn’t know what that is, TGA is a Congenital (present at birth) Heart Defect in which the Aortic and Pulmonary Arteries are connected backwards from what a normal heart should be. This condition requires life saving surgeries while Decklin is still young. Sammy has been a wonderful friend, mother, and the better half of Jesse! This family needs all the help they can get emotionally and financially! They have a long road ahead of them in recovery and regaining their financial stability.
