Deaf's Delight Cafe

Sandra Rivers, Born to deaf parents who both died in a society yet built for them de-
cided to open a cafe in honor of their names to ensure this never happens again. Sandra En-
deavors to create a space for the deaf community in the area where she grew up. Excitedly
while using her entire life savings as a seed to get started, while contractors prepared to build
she came across a store going out of business and happily brought pretty much all items
needed and stored them in the back of the store.
But then tragedy struck! A week later & 3 days before being insured as the 1st Deaf
Cafe in the Tri State Area, someone broke in and completely robbed the cafe of everything!
Heartbroken, and still determined to accomplish her dream to build this cafe for the deaf
community she realized she cannot do this alone. Sandra and we the deaf community can use
all the love and support we can get to ensure that Deaf's Delight Cafe can come to light. We
are asking for donations to help rebuild what was stolen from us.
