DeAnna Rice Memorial Fund

My name is Jan Plessner. I am a friend of the DeAnna Rice family. As many of you know, DeAnna was recently put on home hospice "comfort care" because her heart is not strong enough to take more chemo right now. Her loving and devoted husband Tim has taken an unpaid leave of absence to care for her at home. 


I suggested to Tim that we start this page. DeAnna has dedicated her life to battling countless cancer battles, all while inspiring, educating and helping others win their battles. I hope we can all pitch in a little in honor of this amazing lady to help her and Tim during this difficult time. Until DeAnna is strong enough to be on her own again, Tim needs to remain by her side.
