De-escalation in law enforcement documentary

Law enforcement de-escalation training with mentally ill subjects must be funded and mandated by the Department of Justice. Law enforcement police shootings with mentally ill subjects constitute almost half of all lethal force shootings.
This documentary will show the lack of funding, training, and proper recruiting contributing to these lethal force shootings. We interview survivor family members of one of the mentally ill subjects and companies trying to change the culture with proper training in de-escalation.
