Giving my husband his dying wish

Donation protected
Thank you for visiting our page. My husband Dave has stage lV Colon cancer and has been fighting a hard fight for almost 5 years. In recent months he has had more complications due to the cancer spreading significantly within his abdominal core, lungs, gastrointestinal areas. The Doctors have said there are no other options at this point and as of last week we had to call Hospice in to help with his care. My husband has been through a lot and has fought to live his life. He has touched so many lives. Through all the pain he has endured he has continued to smile and make everyone around him laugh. He is always the Nurses favorite patient. Personally for me he is my soul mate, my true love. He loves me like I never thought possible. Every moment is so precious. He has given me unconditional love and changed my life in so many wonderful ways. I want to give him something back. My husband is a huge sports fan and loves all teams Maryland. But for Dave and I baseball and Camden Yards in Baltimore is extra special. I am a huge Detroit Tigers fan and Dave is a huge O's fan, so every year we have been together we always went to the O's vs Tigers game. We are such fans that Dave proposed to me at one of these games in front of the Cal Ripkin Jr. statue (his all time favorite player). It was so perfect. We even considered getting married there but cost was a main factor.  Last year before the game we did a tour of Camden Yards and got to see and learn about the stadium. It was a first time we got to see a party suite, Dave asked me if he could have a birthday party there, I said yes! We will plan for your 50th birthday. Dave had just turned 48 and was looking at me surprised knowing that he may not have that much time, I wanted to believe otherwise. Well since having to call Hospice Dave has brought up many times about him getting a party at Camden Yards this year for his 49th birthday. I think he knows he may not reach 50. I would love to make this dream come true and I hope to make it happen. Unfortunately financially we have been strapped. Very blessed to be able to pay our bills but no extra available, so I need to ask for help. I have lost my Job and am at home caring for Dave full time. I have been humbled and again I hate to ask for help but when it comes to my husband he deserves the best. Any little bit could help make this dream come true.
Thank you
Lots of Love,
Rebecca
