Helping David

My brother David was just diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, which is a blood cancer related to lymphoma and leukemia. Though it can’t usually be cured, there are treatments that slow down its spread.

As you can imagine, this diagnoses has left us devastated. 

Treatments and hospitalizations will be covered by his health fund.  But, David will not be able to work for the foreseeable future, as the 2x weekly treatments will leave him weak and susceptible to infection.  (Any fever will require hospitalization) 

This is long term situation, and we really don't know what is needed yet.  But, we can't cover his overdue  mortgage and other bills on our own, and transporting him to his treatments will mean that either Chava or I won't be at work either. So, we're turning to you for help.
