David Lee Donations

many of you know my dad, david lee, and what a great guy he is. recently he was helping his brother build a deck in southern oregon when he started experiencing back pain. within a couple days it was severe enough that he had to be driven to the emergency room. they sent him away that day with simple pain pills. the pain continued to increase so he drove himself home to yakima where he was laid up for a couple days with intense enough pain to cause whole-body muscle convulsions. my mom took him to the er last friday and again they sent him home with pain meds. it wasn't until he had to go back to the hospital via ambulance last saturday when they realized something more was going on. my father has since been in the hospital for a steady three days now and isn't expected to leave until the end of the week. he was initially admitted for viral meningitis but they have since ruled that out. day three and the doctors have finally found two cysts in his lower spine and a blood-bourne bacteria in his blood stream. since the doctors have to run more tests to find out the type and cause of the bacteria he is expected to stay admitted in the hospital for quite some time, at least the remainder of the week. he will also have to continue iv antibiotics 6-8 weeks after finally being discharged. i started this fund to help my parents pay for his upcoming medical expenses. since he is still in the hospital we do not know how high these bills will climb but anything will help. even a donation of $1 at a time is a step in the right direction to help my parents through this tough time. thank you so much for taking the time to read this. we cannot thank you enough! thanks again from david's sons jesse lee, jacob lee, joel lee. also, an extended thanks for judy morton, david's wife.
