While it isn\'t uncommon for a child to bury their parent but for a child to have to bury their mother so unexpectedly can be deemed a very difficult and unfortunate circumstance. It is important for us to pull together and pray for peace, tranquility and understanding in God\'s great plan .

During this time of grief we mourn not only our loss of Mama Lott, but 7 children, her mother & father and 2 grandchildren are left behind. We are asking friends, family, sorority sisters, fraternity brothers, and those who have been touched by Daryl Lott aka Mama Lott to many of us, to make a heartfelt donation. So often we fail to realize how much of herself Mama Lott gave to us. We often do not realize that sometimes she gave so much of herself that she left little or nothing for herself. Our pain was her pain and many times our tears were her tears but all the while she stayed strong so that she could be there for us. With 7 children and all of their friends you can imagine the number of lives she has touched and blessed with her grace and presence. Sometimes, it was something as simple as a genuine hello but with the utmost sincerity and other times it was that stern voice of reason that we may have needed to get on the right track. Mama Lott was a true woman of God and his anointing on her shined through all that she did. So, no matter how large or small the donation may be it will help tremendously and support the family during this extremely difficult time.

Any funds raised will be contributed to the funeral cost, medical bills, and any other necessities deemed necessary by the Lott family.

Mama Lott leaves behind her mother and father:
Doris (Memaw) and Frank (Papa)

Seven wonderful children:
Andrew 32, Nathan 31, Natalie 29, Gloria 28, Daniel 27, James 25, and Valarie 23

A son and daughter-in-law:
Chandra Lott 31, and Edward Scott 26

And 2 grandchildren:

Ty\'Rice 2 and Rayne 11 months

It matters not how a man or woman died, but how they lived! Get your house in order and remember what you do for Christ will last -dedicated to the lost loved ones.
