Darusalam Masjid Needs Your Support

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

Dear brothers and Sisters,

We sincerely thank you for your generous donations and support for the purchase of the Ambulance for funeral services. May Allah SWT accept your sadaqah, bless and reward you immensely. We have now purchased the vehicle (private ambulance) and it is being fitted with the necessary equipment and adaptation needed for it to serve as a private ambulance. We aim to have it in service very soon Insha Allah.

 As this project is now closed, we have started a new project for which we are raising funds. We are getting new partitions installed on the first floor of the Masjid (Sisters Main Prayer Hall). The previous partitions have worn out and have reached a level where they are no longer usable for health and safety reasons.

With the installation of these partitions in sisters’ main prayer hall the Masjid will:

·         Gain additional classrooms

·         Increase madrasah capacity – we can take on more students Insha Allah to teach them Quran and Islamic Studies

·         Improve the teaching environment for students Insha Allah

·         Simultaneously hold more lectures and educational programmes for youth and adults, where they can learn about their Deen and gain beneficial knowledge

 With the grace of Allah ‎SWT and with your help and support, we hope to complete this project very soon. Please help the Masjid accomplish this important project by donating generously and sharing the link with your friends and family members so they too can participate and benefit from this khair Insha Allah. This is a great opportunity for all us to earn Sadaqah Jariyah – the gift that keeps on giving as narrated from the Prophet (peace be upon him):
“When a person dies, his deeds come to an end, except for three: ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah), knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him.” (Sahih Muslim)
Always remember, charity does do not decrease wealth, rather it multiplies it, as taught by the Noble Prophet (peace be upon him)

الَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُم بِاللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِسِرًّاوَعَلَانِيَةً فَلَهُمْ أَجْرُهُمْ عِندَرَبِّهِمْ وَلَاخَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَاهُم يَحْزَنُونَ

We have already raised £28,000 out of £68,000 and have started to install some of the new partitions, however, we need another £40,000 to complete the installation.

May Allah accept your Saddaqah, forgive your sins and protect you and your loved ones.
