Hello,

My name is Daniel.  I am 10 years old, and live in Pittsburgh, PA.  I am in need of an adapted van, so my grandmother (& guardian), doesn't have to lift me in and out.  I am currently 82.5 lbs, and 49 inches tall, and cannot help her.  I am blind, have Cerebral Palsy, Grade III Intraventricular Hemorrhage Bilaterally, VP Shunt, Seizure Disorder, Broncopulmonary Dysplasia, Patent Ductus Arteriosis, G-tube/Nissen, Retinopathy of Prematurity, Left Eye Funnel Retinal Detachment, and Retinal Folds of my Right Eye.  I depend on others to care for me in all aspects of my life. 

I need to be safe, and my grandmother and caregivers need to be safe caring for me.  The adapted van will allow me to get in and out of the vehicle safely while in my wheelchair, and...i won't need to be carried in and out....which will help me and my loved ones.
