After finding a stray puppy next to a dumpster in 2004, I began volunteering for several non-profit animal rescue groups. By 2012, I had adopted five dogs and currently have two long-term foster dogs. Taking care of my dogs is very expensive and I rely on dontions to continue helping the stray cats in the community.
On a daily basis, I care for at least 20 cats. Sadly, cats continue to be abandoned. I have funding for spay/neuter surgeries and vaccines. Donations are needed to cover any other medical expenses and follow up care for cats that can not be released due to health issues. Tame cats are combo tested for FIV/FeLV and receive booster vaccines before being adopted. Cats with health issues, tame or feral, are fostered by me and put up for adoption when possible.
Please help the homeless cats by making a donation to my GoFundMe campaign. I can't continue helping them without your support. Donations can also be made directly to the Animal Hospital of Waynesboro, 2637 West Main Street, Waynesboro, VA 22980, [phone redacted]. The vet account is listed under Homeless Paws. All donations are greatly appreciated.
