Help Damian get his prosthesis

Damian is a 12 year old boy who at the age of two lost his feet due to Bacterial Meningitis. It has been a battle with Medicare to get his prosthesis. With out these prosthesis Damian can not attend school. He is in danger of failing the seventh grade. He is a straight A student. All Damian wants for Christmas is to be able to go back to school. Even if we can get Medicare to step up, he still needs shoes, lifts and other medical needs that are paid out of pocket. We are looking for help, your help.
