Meet Dame Ba (if you haven't already been so lucky)! He is one of the most passionate, motivated and proactive advocates of change West Africa has ever seen! The only thing that stands in his way of truly making a difference to the developing nation of Mauritania is a college education. If he is given the chance, there is no doubt that Dame will leave his mark on the fight for women's empowerment AND equality for ALL of the country's people! In fact, he's already been an integral part of this fight for the last several years as an employee of the Peace Corps and a volunteer for local organizations! It's time to help Dame reach a position where his voice can finally be heard loud and clear in policy making and governance. By helping Dame, you in turn are helping Mauritanians evolve and better themselves. Dame's set his sights on attaining his Associates Degree from North Seattle Community College. After that, the sky's the limit! Let's make it happen!
