Dear Friend,
Each year, DRIVE Boston hosts it’s family-friendly, multicultural holiday event to support children and families affected by incarceration and community violence. We feature fun games, music, free food, plenty of activities for children, face painting, balloon artists, and more. We do our best to accommodate every child with age-appropriate toys, an article of clothing, or other gifts.
I’m excited to kick off the 2019 DRIVE Boston Toy Drive and Holiday Event -- now celebrating our 11th year! Our community-driven event gets bigger and bigger each year, and we are reaching out because we would appreciate your support to continue this work. We're incredibly proud of what we've accomplished over the past decade. We have been fortunate to be able to distribute thousands of toys to hundreds of children and families across the Greater Boston community.
This year, we are expanding our impact to include a fourth location in Roxbury. We will need more toys and resources. Can we count on you to make a tax-deductible donation in the amount of $5, $10, $20 or $50 to support additional families? Your support by Friday, December 6 will help to jump-start this year’s gift-giving season.
