DMI Countdown to Arbor Day Fundraiser 2023

Daraja Music Initiative is an interdisciplinary music and conservation education program for students in Moshi, Tanzania.

We are on a mission to raise funds for Daraja Music Initiative during April, as a countdown to Arbor Day (April 28). All funds go directly towards DMI's music and conservation education efforts in Tanzania this summer. Please help us reach our goal of $5,000.

Funds from this campaign will go towards student field trips, planting mpingo and fruit trees at local schools, field trip lunches and snacks for our students, stipends for our Tanzanian partners and interpreters, as well as other operational costs.

In Tanzania...

$25 will cover school supplies (paper, pencils, chalk, etc) for the summer.

$25 will provide one coaster (small bus) for a student field trip.

$50 will cover student lunches for four field trips.

$75 will cover an educational outreach tree planting (trees, transportation, etc).

$100 will cover local transportation for a month for students who commute from far away to be able to attend DMI events safely.

$200 will help sponsor a student field trip (multiple coasters, lunches, water, park fees, etc)
