Chef Nick Wallace realized that our children needed healthy meals at school. For some of them, that would be their only opportunity they would get.
Creativity Kitchen's purpose is to:
•Show our children how to be and remain healthy
•How to grow their own foods
•How to take foods directly from the farm to their own kitchen.
We have worked closely with Jackson Public School's doing just that. Chef Nick Wallace meet with the chefs at Jackson Public Schools with recipes that were created by Chef Nick Wallace for the scholars at Jackson Public Schools. These recipes were created with the health and nutrition need of each scholar in mind.
Our mission is to touch more and do more to create a healthy but yet delicious meal with a bit of Mississippi for our children everywhere.
We are raising money to expand Creativity Kitchen so we can show more children how to take fresh farm raised foods directly from the farm to table.
