Let's join together to support and nourish Creacon!
Creacon to me is my home, not only spiritually, but a place of refuge unlike any other place I have travelled to over the years. Creacon is where I have experienced an expansion of consciousness that I never realized was possible. I have rested in the grass and spent hours on end looking at the Irish countryside. It is where I have sat with myself and truly taken time to be in the stillness. I have seen the love and dedication of the entire staff turn an ordinary country inn into an extraordinary retreat center.
I have been reminded recently that without continuing support, Creacon may not be able to be sustained long-term. Of course I wish I could visit more often, but I figured I must be able to do something, right here, right now. I thought that if I was feeling this way, maybe others were as well. I know there are others who love and appreciate Creacon as I do. Alone I cannot do much, but together, we can do so much more.
I have set up an online campaign to help support Creacon. It is a crowd-funded platform with the proceeds going directly to the healing center. The campaign will run through the end of October. I thought that perhaps I could offer a class and donate the proceeds toward the campaign. I have set the deadline at the end of October so that others would have time to schedule and plan their own workshops if they are so moved. I requested permission to set up this campaign and was given the go-ahead. I do need to be clear that I was never asked by Derek or SQ to do this. I just felt moved to do something, and here we are.
