On July 27, 2019/ Club 69, Inc. of Aldrage Benjamin Cooper, Sr. Lodge # 69 will sponsor their 12th Annual Basketball Tournament and School Supply Give-Away. The event will be held at Lepp Park (Park Avenue Park) on the corner of Main Street and Park Avenue in Somerville, NJ from noon – 6 pm. Our annual event gives school supplies to the children within our community helping them return to school equipped for academic success.
We are requesting your participation by asking your organization/business to make a donation valued at $15.00 and above. This donation will help us provide food, beverages, giveaways and prizes. This event is free for all attendees. There is a full day of activities planned in addition to the giveaways. We have been honored to have the Mayor of Somerville and his staff participate in the basketball tournament by forming a team to our previous events for the past two years and we are planning for an even larger event this year.
Your donation will be a perfect opportunity to build goodwill in the hearts and minds of our local community, be remembered and appreciated by approximately 150-200 students, parents, and community members. Your donation will provide brand exposure and we will offer your business recognition at the event and include your name in our press release.
