Submitted solutions are put in "classrooms" of seven by which fellow concerned citizens vote for a winner. First level winners form second level classrooms and so-forth till seven finalists' solutions. Then the solutions are emailed to all participants. Solutions will probably include boycotts.

<div>This shovel-ready project was created with a lot of sweat leveraged with lucky smarts. I was gifted with a great brain. One achievement was graduating <em>cum laude</em> from a large university (29,000) in just over two years (<a href="https://timism.com/Transcript.jpg" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">transcript</a> ).
