Cindy Lewis - No Rescuer Left Behind

Cindy Lewis, friend, gardener, animal advocate since 1982, and founder of 'No Dog Left Behind', has just recently been diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor.  Medical charities and close friends are assisting Cindy with her medical expenses such as prescriptions, treatments and doctor visits.  Unfortunately the tumor is already rearing its ugly head and has aggressively started to attack with the many complications associated with this cancer, first being Cindy's eyesight.  Her loss of vision and the aggressive nature of the cancer have taken Cindy's independence in a traumatic manner.  She can no longer work and desperately needs donations for basic living expenses including food, utilities and house payments.  After chemo/radiation treatment, Cindy is hopeful that she will be able to remain in her own home with some degree of independence and continue to work with the community as her 'No Dog Left Behind' foundation successfully grows.
