In It to Win It

On July 11, 2014 my 16 year old nephew, Chris Goin, was taken to the doctor due to chronic headaches.  By that night the family was notified that he needed to be rushed to the emergency room as he was diagnosed with severe anemia.  He had to have a blood transfusion and was transported to Children's Hospital in Madera, Ca.  Within the next 24 hours, what was once a healthy, active, teenager was now diagnosed with AML Leukemia.  Doctors anticipate he will need to remain in and out of the hospital for the next 4-6 months receiving agressive chemo treatments.  He will get to come home for one week intervals each month if he responds well.  The family is asking for your support as the medical and travel expenses will begin to add up.  Any level of donation is greatly appreciated and will lessen the financial burden this family is going to face as Chris continues to fight to beat this horrible disease.  Chris is determined that he is "In It To Win It".  Thank you to all.
