I'm very proud to be a Trustee of Chescombe Trust which is the sole reason I've decided to run the Cardiff Half Marathon in order to raise money.

Chescombe Trust was formed in 1991 by a group of individuals seeking an adult residential provision for their family members, all of whom had a severe Learning Disability.

Located in Bristol, the Trust continues to provide residential care for adults with learning difficulties and supports up to 19 residents at any one time.

This is an unashamed plea for you to donate your hard earned cash which will enrich the lives of the residents at Chescome Trust immensley.

If you are receiving this you'll already be surprised/amazed at the thought of me running a half marathon....... It's this I'm counting on to get you to donate!!
