Chef Jonas needs your help

Jonas Van Dyke had an accident just after Christmas and broke his leg. The plateau fracture needed a surgical repair but the bigger concern turned out to  be what is called a compartment syndrome in his anterior muscle compartment which was undetected for a week.

Jonas was in the hospital for nearly 2 weeks in which time he underwent  5 surgeries working to save his leg. So far the leg is healing though he has lost the muscle in the front of his leg.

Jonas has inadequate health insurance, has lost his savings, is not able to work at being the amazing chef he is and has a long road to recovery with many unknowns.  Any help would be appreciated to help Jonas return to his career.
