Mission Trip to the Dominican Republic "“ JOIN ME IN THE CAUSE!
Did you know that the Dominican Republic is home to more than 9 million people and more than 1/3 of the population lives in extreme poverty? For every 100 Dominican children entering formal education, only 75 complete grade 4? Despite their hardships, Dominicans are still a vibrant and proud people. A people who have captured the love and affections of Jesus Christ.
In less than 2 months, I will have the opportunity to travel with a team from my church to not only SHARE God's love, but SHOW God's love by "doing good" in DR.
We will be partnering with locals to build houses for homeless families, host free health clinics, and volunteer with children at schools and orphanages.
The trip is November 9th "“ 16th. Each member of the missions team needs to raise $1,800 by NOVEMBER 1ST. This will cover expenses such as transportation, food, shelter, and charitable donations (prescription medication for free clinics, materials to build the houses we will build, and necessities for local orphanages). I would love for you to join me in this mission by offering your financial and prayer support.
