Hello Community, Ceremonialist GoodKnife's Home is at Risk of Foreclosure by Bank.
As you may know, we have been out in the community, being of service, doing our work leading ceremonies full time throughout Southern California for the past 3 years. Our communities are almost 400 souls strong and growing weekly and we are in Gratitude for the opportunity to be of service. Either providing Recovery Coaching, Spiritual counseling support, the actual ceremonies, chopping fire wood and singing the prayer songs… we love it. Thank You all for your trust in the healing work we do.
This is extremely humbling to open up to you all. Many of you come to us for your spiritual care and trust on your life events, now we are asking for your support in our life situation.
:The Story: short and sweat as I always try to get you all to be:
We Have been attempting to qualify for a home loan Modification with our mortgage holder since beginning of 2014, when we received notice that our loan would amortize in June and increase the monthly mortgage payment by $1200. During that process, and the payment increase, we fell behind. We have been told that we are good candidates for federal programs... however they have rejected us again on this last go around simply because My wife Cari was not on the Tax return, as part of the biz. Thus the bank statement showing our income with both of us on it was disqualified. (redderic to help them seize our home) . We will be able to re-apply for Loan mod again in 4 months but in the meantime they will only accept payment in full for the past due amounts. If we do not do this they will foreclose, and we will lose our home and the opportunity to re-apply in 4 months, Which again we are economicly good canidates for. We do not want to be part of the forcloser statistics in America.
How it will affect you, is that our routine flow of ceremonies will be at risk without having a home base. As Uncle Doug would say “If it happened, it happened to Me”
So we need Your help! If you can donate, Thank You Thank You,
if not pray for us that our home will have ample monetary abundance to sustain our home, for the sake of our Family, daughters and pets as well as the altars.
