Our dear friend, Cecilia Lindsey (Cec or CeCe) has been having back pain that wasn’t getting better, so she went to the ER seeking relief from the severe pain. During this visit, following a battery of tests, Cec received the devastating news that she has Stage 4 Lung Cancer. She is a non-smoker who had no symptoms (coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath) and no reason to suspect cancer.
Phil's insurance was changed at the end of the year. leaving them with a high deductible. Cec's treatment will consist of huge medical costs and substantial out-of-pocket expenses. Her treatment starts next week.
