<div>Appeal for donations: Search for escaped cat and legal action

<div>On March 8, 2024, the cat Rodri escaped from a damaged transport box during a flight with Aegean Airlines (flight A3331) from Chania via Athens to Munich. At drop off at the Airport the box was undamaged and after arrival they received back a damaged box with no sight of Rodri and no answers what happened to her. Rodri's owners, the Gomes Kopp family, have been desperately searching for their beloved pet ever since.

<div>The search for Rodri:

<div>* The Gomes Kopp family searched for Rodri in Chania and at Athens airport.
</div>
<div>* They contacted the police, animal welfare organizations and newspapers.
</div>
<div>* An animal trap was set up.
</div>
<div>* So far, however, there is no trace of Rodri.
</div>

<div>Responsibility and legal action:
</div>
<div>* Aegean Airlines is responsible for the safety of the animals during the flight.
</div>
<div>* The airline has not yet given the Gomes Kopp family any information about Rodri's whereabouts.
</div>
<div>* Legal action is being considered against Aegean Airlines to hold those responsible accountable.
</div>

<div>Am 8. März 2024 entkam die Katze Rodri während eines Fluges mit Aegean Airlines (Flug A3331) von Chania über Athen nach München aus einer beschädigten Transportbox. Bei der Übergabe am Flughafen war die Transportbox unbeschädigt, und nach der Ankunft erhielten sie eine beschädigte Box zurück, ohne dass Rodri zu sehen war und ohne zu wissen, was mit ihr geschehen war. Die Besitzer von Rodri, Familie Gomes Kopp, suchen seither verzweifelt nach ihrem geliebten Haustier.
