Cars For A Cause

Hi, My name is Sam Partee and I am a Junior at St. Christophers School in Richmond Virginia. A friend named Jack Bassett and I created this initiative to help a low income family that is in need of a form of transportation. We will take the funds given to us here on this page and pour them directly into rebuilding a high mileage, but fuel efficient car. Once the car had been fully built it will be given to a family whose application will be chosen from a charity car foundation. Not a cent of this money will be leftover as the rest is going to the family for maintenance needs of the car in the future. Jack and I have been working on cars our entire lives and love working on them. Jack and I will also have assistance in raising funds, car work, and other tasks from the St. Christophers School Car Club. There are about twenty members of the club and they are an essential part of the growing success of this initiative. We hope that you will give us the chance to do what we love for other people. Please donate what you can! We all know the feeling of what it is like not being able to take someone you love somewhere they need to be.
