Rare (Ewing's Sarcoma soft tissue)

I am asking on behalf of Carlos and his family for help. Carlos was about to have surgery on this huge tumor in March 2015, but from the time the surgeon saw him and scheduled him for surgery; the cancer spread to his left thyroid lobe, lungs and as of May 14, 2015 is has progressed through his abdomen and attached to his pancreas.  
      Carlos was admitted into Loma Linda last week for severe pain, and the only thing the oncologist here in the United States can do is more chemo.  Let me explain his one in a million form of cancer.  Ewing's Sarcoma is a childhood cancer that usual is in childrens bones, and it is very rare, but Carlos' is even rarer  as he is an adult; and it is soft tissue and very aggressive.  
      During my research and leaning more towards countries with lower cancer rates, better healthcare.  I have come across a treatment that was developed in the early 1900's by a man who actually cured his terminally ill cancer patients within months.  I have found this treatment and what Carlos needs cost $5,500.00, but if we can't raise that much, then $1,200.00 we will have to work with.  
         Carlos wants to live.  He has been through too much for a young man and the family is desperate to get him what he needs.  He is scared and so are we.  Family, Friends please help Carlos to beat this disease.  Help Carlos to have his health and life back again.  We can't just not do anything.  We are praying for a miracle, becasue God will make this happen; I truly believe.
