For all my friends and people I have yet to meet. 
 As you may know three weeks ago I was  diagnosed with stage four Adenocarcinoma, (lung cancer).  I like many of you were dumbfounded by this, which was found from an X-Ray during my  routine yearly physical.  I'm now going through the last stages of the diagnosis period, which will determine a possible treatment, if a treatment is possible and if so what the treatment will be, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, or a combination there of and or a pharmaceutical possibility as well. Ironically enough the diagnosis of this type of lung cancer is generally only seen with non-smokers. This too was a surprise, and the doctors can only surmise that in my case this type of cancer most likely is associated with my interaction with Chemicals and or noxious fumes or  vapors, go figure?  And as always there may be nothing they can do, or at best they can slow it's growth. My goal very simply stated is to live as  Long as I can by shrinking or possibly putting it into remission.  As a result of my back problems and many surgeries I'm on able to work. The type of medical and hospital care I will need does not come cheaply and so as a result  with humility and embarrassment  I'm asking for your help with donation to help offset  medical bills and expenses and to achieve my goal, or  at the very least extend my time as much as possible. All my life I've always helped others and rarely if ever asked for anything for myself, however, for whatever reason this has happened  I find myself having to ask for help now. Anything would be greatly appreciated and excepted with humility. In the event of my death any and all remaining funds will be donated to the American Cancer Society.
Please help me to pay for these  medical challenges, if nothing else at least from my Sons and grandsons.
