Meet Father Camy of the Catholic Parish of NOTRE DAME D'ALTAGRACE, high in the mountains of Haiti, miles from any major city.
This warrior for God needs a new steed, worthy of the steep and rocky terrain and minimal roads that he travels every week. Let's help him trade in his mule for a 4 wheel drive TRUCK!
Help us get Father Camy a 4 wheel drive truck to navigate the rocky roads of his Parish which includes 20,000 people and covers about 30 square miles. It will be used on a daily basis for his transportation to visit his flock and as an ambulance in medical emergencies! It will also be used to haul farming equipment, construction materials and much needed school supplies that arrive in Port-au-Prince.
We must act quickly to to purchase the truck, as we have been on a wait list to get one locally for months!
